Because most of our items are personalised, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged.
Personalised Items
Due to the custom nature of personalised embroidery and keepsakes:
- We cannot accept returns for change of mind
- Please double-check all spellings and dates before ordering
- We are not responsible for customer input errors
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will assess and offer a replacement where appropriate
Non-Personalised Items
Unused, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
