Because most of our items are personalised, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged.

Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised embroidery and keepsakes:

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind
  • Please double-check all spellings and dates before ordering
  • We are not responsible for customer input errors

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will assess and offer a replacement where appropriate

Non-Personalised Items

Unused, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
