Each Truly Cherished piece is handmade to order.
Our current turnaround time is 10 – 14 working days before dispatch.
Shipping time is additional.

✨ Can I return a personalised item?
Because your item is custom-made just for you, personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
Please double-check:
- Spellings
- Dates
- Capital letters
- Colour choices
We copy exactly what is entered at checkout.
✨ What if I made a mistake in the personalisation?
Please contact us immediately.
If production has not started, we may be able to amend it.
Once embroidery or printing has begun, changes cannot be made.
✨ What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We’ll assess and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
🧵 How do I care for my embroidered item?
Embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric, making it durable and long-lasting when cared for correctly.
Washing
- Wash inside out
- 30°C gentle cycle
- Wash with similar colours
- Mild detergent only
- Do not bleach
Drying
- Air dry flat where possible
- Do not tumble dry
Ironing
- Do not iron directly over embroidery
- Iron inside out on low heat if needed
Proper care prevents puckering, shrinkage and thread dullness.
🎨 How do I care for my printed item ?
Printing bonds the design to the surface of the garment and requires gentle care.
Washing
- Wash inside out
- 30°C gentle cycle
- Do not use fabric softener
- Avoid harsh detergents
- Do not bleach
Drying
- Air dry only
- Do not tumble dry
Ironing
- Never iron directly on the print
- Iron inside out on low heat only
- Do not steam directly onto the design
Following these instructions helps prevent cracking, peeling or fading.
Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot replace items damaged through incorrect washing or heat exposure.
